|International Orders||Currently we do not ship internationally. However, we are happy to ship to a US based freight forwarder. Orders can be placed from overseas but delivery to US address only.|
|Order Processing Time||1 - 2 business days (when the order is placed on a business day before the daily cut-off time 3:00 pm EST)|
|Order Transit Time||Normally 3 - 5 business days depending on destination zone|
Delivery time = Processing time + Transit time.
Most of the times your order will be delivered sooner than the duration shown.
Any orders placed on a non-business day or after daily cut-off time will be deemed as order received on the next business day. “Business days” are Monday through Friday, excludes weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and Holidays.
We ship by UPS Ground, UPS SurePost or by US Postal Service (First Class Parcel, Priority Mail - no flat rate). Veroeco will, in its sole discretion, select the most efficient shipping method. Items weighing less than 16 oz will go by USPS First Class Parcel. Items 2-5 LBS may go by SurePost or Priority Mail depending on destination zones. Items over 5 LBS normally go by UPS Ground.
Veroeco will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier as well as any damage, loss or liability created thereby. Veroeco's liability for package delivery ends with receiving a proof of delivery (no signature) from the common carrier.
Currently we do NOT ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico as well as American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, US Virgin Islands, APO and FPO military addresses.
*Standard and Flat rate shipping: Additional nominal shipping surcharge on over-sized or heavier items may apply based on the weight, dimensions and shipping destination of the order. If surcharge applies the surcharge amount will be displayed in the cart and included in the subtotal of your order.
**Free Shipping: For Free standard shipping, on orders $49 and above, merchandise subtotal is calculated before sales tax and after any discounts. A nominal shipping surcharge on over-sized or heavier items may apply based on the weight, dimensions and shipping destination of the order. If surcharge applies the surcharge amount will be displayed in the cart and included in the subtotal of your order.
Veroeco will accept returns for a limited period and for specific reasons. All returned Product(s) must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and be able to be re-sold.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, some health and personal care items, and products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
Pre-approval request for returns must be received by Veroeco within 15 days from the shipment date of the Product to the shipping destination. Pre-approval shall be obtained by contacting Veroeco through our website, Veroeco.com, and filling out the contact form. Please provide the order number and explain the reason for the return request. If the return request is approved we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) and instructions for return. You may consider using a traceable shipping service as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once the item is received, inspected and accepted by us a refund will be issued to the original method of payment, for the purchase price excluding shipping costs.
Any product defect issues past this 15-day period must be submitted directly to the manufacturer of the Product. All returns for “buyers remorse” are subject to 15% restocking fee. Any returned Product that arrives at Veroeco used, opened or in poor condition will not be entitled to a refund. Customer will be notified of rejected returns via email, and may request that the products be sent back to them at their expense, plus a service fee.
