Yes. After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order.

Please check your spam/junk mail folders for an order confirmation email from Veroeco. If you still can not find an email from us, please contact customer support to confirm your order

If you need to cancel an order, let us know as soon as you can with your order details. We will try our best to accommodate your cancellation request. We will not be able to cancel your order if it has already been processed. In that case you can return the order if you wish, in order to receive a refund, subject to our return policy.


If you have a discount code, you can enter it during order checkout. Please note for free shipping eligibility, merchandise subtotal is calculated after applying discount.

Your code may have expired, or your order may not meet the requirements of the discount. Some coupons require a minimum purchase amount and some discounts apply only to certain product categories. We use Pillow Pak to cushion the contents of each package. These are inflated on demand at the warehouse in different shapes, so as little as possible is used while providing adequate protection to the items. These are reusable and recyclable.

Each bottle is put in a plastic bag and sealed. This reduces the chance that a spill will ruin the rest of the contents in the box.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a notification email from us with the name of the shipping carrier and the tracking number. If you created a Veroeco account you can also log into your account to get the order status. It may take 24-48 hours for the shipping carrier to update the tracking activity on their website.
